Sourdough Loaf

Ingredients
1 cup Sourdough starter
3 cups Flour
1 1/4 cupWater
3 cups Flour
1 1/4 cupWater
2 tsp. Salt
2 TBS. Pizzaiolo Olive oil
2 TBS. Pizzaiolo Olive oil
Directions
- Add water and starter to the bowl and stir until completely combined
- Add flour and salt to the mixture and mix until eall of the flour is combined
- Cover and let rest for an hour
- Do 4 sets of stretch and folds ever 30 minutes (add small amounts of Pizzaiolo Olive Oil)
- Shape and let set in the fridge overnight in a covered bowl
- Preheat the oven to 450° and also preheat your Dutch oven for 30 minutes
- Once the oven and Dutch oven are preheated, put the sourdough on a floured piece of parchment paper, score and put in the oven with the lid on for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes take the lid off, turn the temp to 420° and bake for 15 more minutes
- You can add whatever Olive Oil inclusions you want either during the stretch and folds or during the shaping process! This recipe is so easy and comes out perfect every time!!!!🩷😏
