Chicken Street Tacos

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 tsp better than bullion (chicken)
1/4 Cup salsa
1 tsp better than bullion (chicken)
1/4 Cup salsa
1 TBS Black garlic balsamic
3 TBS Chipotle olive oil
3 TBS Chipotle olive oil
Directions
- Place the above ingredients a Crock-Pot for 3 hrs on low. For the assembly: Shred Chicken, Brush tortillas with Chipotle oil before warming them in a cast iron skillet. Place shredded chicken in the center and fold over.Top with it off with some cilantro, salsa and Cota cheese
