Honey Balsamic Pork Loin

3 pound Pork Loin
1 cup Dark Balsamic Vinegar (the possibilities are endless) 😉
1/2 cup Raw Honey (We use local honey from Carp's Bees)
1/4 cup fresh minced garlic
Salt and Pepper, Onion powder, or any other spice you desire


  1. Wash and pat dry your pork. Rub dry spices evenly over the whole roast. Whisk together Honey, Balsamic and minced garlic, then pour over meat. Cover with foil. Baste every 30 minutes. (or more 😋) Bake at 350 degrees for 60-75mins, or until the meat thermometer reads 145 degrees. Remove foil for the last 30 mins to caramelize the glaze. So easy and so delicious.
