Linguini with White Clam Sauce **Recipe by Cindy Fortune**

Ingredients
1 can whole baby clams from a can (I used Bumblebee Whole Baby Clams)
2 TBS Viva's Butter Olive Oil
1 TBS Fresh chopped garlic
2 TBS half & half
2 TBS Viva's Butter Olive Oil

Viva's Roasted Garlic Sea Salt (to taste)
Linguini Pasta
Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions
- Saute garlic in 1 to 2 TBS of Butter Olive Oil. Then put in the whole baby clams from a can (I used Bumblebee Whole Baby Clams) and reserve the clam juice. Add about 2 TBS of half & half and a TBS of Clam juice. Sprinkle Roasted Sea Salt on top. Adjust amounts of clam juice, half and half and Roasted Garlic Sea salt to taste. Pour all over cooked linguini. Top with fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy.**Recipe by Cindy Fortune**
