3 TBS Peperoncino Garlic Olive Oil
3 TBS Italian Herbs of Naples Balsamic Vinegar
1 jar Arrabbiata pasta sauce
Pappardelle pasta (who measures pasta? 😋)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
- Saute ½ cup yellow onion, celery, and carrot with fresh thyme and rosemary in the peperoncino garlic olive oil. Add one pound of ground lamb to the pan with salt and pepper. Once that cooks a bit (4-5 minutes) add in 3 tablespoons of the Italian Herbs of Naples balsamic vinegar. Then pour 1 jar Arrabbiata pasta sauce and let it simmer. Prepare pappardelle pasta (according to instructions) and just top with the sauce! Super easy! Very tasty!
