3 TBS Peperoncino Garlic Olive Oil
3 TBS Italian Herbs of Naples Balsamic Vinegar
1 jar Arrabbiata pasta sauce
Pappardelle pasta (who measures pasta? 😋)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
- Saute ½ cup yellow onion, celery, and carrot with fresh thyme and rosemary in the peperoncino garlic olive oil. Add one pound of ground lamb to the pan with salt and pepper.
- Once that cooks a bit (4-5 minutes) add in 3 tablespoons of the Italian Herbs of Naples balsamic vinegar. Then pour 1 jar Arrabbiata pasta sauce and let it simmer.
- Prepare pappardelle pasta (according to instructions) and just top with the sauce! Super easy! Very tasty!
