Winter Citrus Smoothie
makes 2 smoothies
Ingredients
1/2 each blood orange, juiced
2 each bananas, peeled
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup Honeybell Orange Balsamic
2 tablespoons Orange EVOO
garnish: blood orange wedges and banana slices

Directions
- Place ingredients (blood orange juice, bananas, yogurt, ginger, cinnamon, orange juice, balsamic and olive oil) in a blender, working in batches if necessary, and puree until smooth. Portion smoothies into glasses and garnish with orange wedges and banana slices before serving. We think Chocolate di Torino Dark Balsamic would substitute well!
